Everyone. Goodwill helps people who face obstacles to employment including lack of work history; physical, mental and emotional disabilities, limited education, language barriers, justice involvement, dependence on public assistance, corporate downsizing and other challenges that prevent employment. We make career training, education and job placement services available to anyone who needs them at NO cost.

Goodwill is a network of 162 individually operated nonprofit organizations. Each is governed by a local board of directors that are not compensated. Goodwill Industries International is an association office that supports those independent Goodwill organizations. Goodwill Industries – Big Bend operates Career Resource Centers across Northwest Florida and South Georgia, some conveniently located in the same space as our stores and donation centers. All Career Centers are open to anyone and are equipped with a team of Career Specialists and the necessary equipment to help you on your career journey at NO cost. We have computers with Internet access, fax machines, photocopiers, telephones, and any other resource you might need for career training, education or job placement. Yes, anyone who is interested in career training, education, or job placement can use our Career Resource Centers. Our services come at NO cost, making the experience affordable for anyone.

Our career training, education and job placement services include training through real work experience, job coaching, and continued support after going to work.
