Ignite Re-entry Programs

Goodwill can help. People with criminal backgrounds have resources and opportunities to gain the advantage and work in high-demand, high-wage jobs without waiting to get a college degree. Goodwill’s Ignite Program is a grant-funded program that will enroll 110 young adults.
Who is eligible for this program?
- 18–24-year-olds with justice system involvement.
- Must reside in Leon County
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
What does the Ignite 2.0 Reentry Program do?
The Ignite 2.0 Reentry Program assists individuals with employment by providing resources needed to acquire and maintain jobs. Resources includes GED prep and completion and college prep skills for success in workforce development programs. Additional evaluation, assessment, and development of other life skills such as financial literacy, life, and career goal setting are part of the road map for participants’ success in re-entry.
