Your impact doesn’t have to stop at shopping sustainably, either! If you’re looking for guaranteed ways to do your part and help the Earth (and your community), donating your gently used apparel and goods to Goodwill is the perfect place to start. By accepting donations and giving these gently used items a second chance, not only is Goodwill Big Bend able to save millions of pounds of waste every year that would otherwise end up in a landfill but we are able to impact lives directly. Proceeds from these donations are used to provide help and resources for job training, housing, and so much more to residents of the Big Bend.
